Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. vip177 reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or misleading information.

• Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• The mobile number, email address and identity document details used for registration must be your own.
• After registration, you may be required to complete an OTP or email verification process.
• Transferring, selling or renting an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

If any of your details change — such as your mobile number or address — notify the vip177 support team immediately.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password and OTP completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone or allowing others to use your account is a breach of these Terms.

• Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, log out at the end of your session.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• vip177 will not be liable for any transactions resulting from authorised or unauthorised access, unless it is proven that the access occurred due to a fault in the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

vip177 supports deposits and withdrawals through payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals via a different method.
• The account used to request a withdrawal must be your own and registered in the same name.
• Withdrawals may be held if fraud is suspected or KYC verification has not been completed.

The account number used for deposits must match your own mobile banking account. Transactions through third parties are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

vip177 offers various bonus offers to members. Each bonus offer has its own terms, which must be read before accepting.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

vip177 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and you must complete ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagering before withdrawing.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the bonus terms state otherwise.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, vip177 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account concerned.
• The weekly cashback for VIP members is calculated on the net loss for that week at the applicable rate.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on vip177 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• Once a bet has been finally placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical fault on the platform caused the issue.
• In sports betting, if odds change, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will apply.
• In live casino games, if the network connection is lost, the game will be completed from the last state saved on the server.
• If a technical error causes an abnormally large win unintentionally, vip177 reserves the right to void that win and will provide the maximum possible compensation to the affected user.
• For multi-bets (multiple selections), all selections must be correct for the full bet to count as a win.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip177 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate any software, algorithm or technical system of the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or offers more than once.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transaction.
• Using any software bots, automated betting systems or hacking tools.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

If any prohibited activity is detected, all winnings and balances on the account concerned will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

• Failure to complete the KYC or identity verification process.
• Extended account inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• Direction from law enforcement agencies or a legal obligation.

Members may also request to close their own account. In that case, any outstanding balance — excluding bonuses — will be returned through the applicable withdrawal process, unless there is a matter under investigation.

Changes to Terms

vip177 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may request to close your account.
